Street Specs – Terms of Use

Welcome to Street Specs ("Street Specs," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Street Specs mobile application (the "App"). Street Specs is a platform where users can create profiles, share car photos, list vehicle modifications and specifications, submit ratings, post comments, and link to products related to their builds.

By creating an account or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Street Specs.

1. Eligibility & Account Access

You must be at least 13 years old to use Street Specs.
An account is required to view user profiles and content.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion for violations of these Terms.

2. User Content & Ownership

Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you post on Street Specs, including car photos, mod and spec lists, ratings, comments, and links ("User Content").
By posting User Content, you grant Street Specs a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, distribute, and feature your content within the App and in Street Specs marketing, promotions, and social media.

Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you post, including its accuracy, legality, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Street Specs does not verify the legality, safety, or compliance of vehicles, modifications, or specifications shared by users.

3. Vehicle Mods & Legal Disclaimer

Street Specs is an informational and social platform only.
Users may post modifications or specifications that may not be street-legal or compliant in certain jurisdictions.
Street Specs does not endorse, approve, certify, or recommend any vehicle, modification, or product.
We make no guarantees that any mod, vehicle, or build complies with local, state, federal, or international laws.
Users are fully responsible for ensuring their vehicles and modifications comply with applicable laws in their area.

4. Product Links

Users may share product links related to their builds.
Street Specs is not affiliated with any third-party links or products shared by users.
We do not verify product quality, safety, legality, or accuracy.
Any purchases or actions taken via external links are solely between you and the third party.

5. Comments & Community Interaction

Users may post public comments on car profiles.
Direct messaging between users is not supported.
You agree to engage respectfully and follow community standards.

6. Prohibited Content

You agree not to post content that is:

Illegal, unlawful, or fraudulent
NSFW, explicit, or pornographic
Violent, abusive, harassing, or hateful
Infringing on intellectual property or copyrights
Misleading or impersonating others

Street Specs reserves the right to remove any content and suspend or permanently ban users without notice, at our sole discretion.

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior. Objectionable content or abusive users will be removed and may result in immediate and permanent suspension of access to the App.

7. Moderation & Enforcement

We may:

Remove or restrict content at any time
Suspend or terminate accounts without warning
Take action we deem necessary to protect users and the platform

We are not obligated to monitor content but reserve the right to do so.

8. No Warranties

Street Specs is provided "as is" and "as available."

We make no warranties regarding:

Accuracy of user content
Platform availability or uptime
Reliability, safety, or legality of vehicles, mods, or links

Your use of the App is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Street Specs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from:

User-generated content
Vehicle modifications or specifications
Product links or third-party content
Use or inability to use the App

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Street Specs after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
